“I have always had a really busy mind and freediving is the one thing that slows it down. When you’re diving all you think about is what you’re doing in the ‘right now’. You completely focus on the moment and it is so peaceful. Freediving has been life changing for me. My goal is to share this experience with everyone I dive with, so that they can find their own joy from freediving, whatever that may be.”
After discovering his passion for freediving in Koh Tao, Thailand, Evan could not suppress his drive to succeed in this sport. Within months of Evan’s first freediving course, he was diving to 50m and holding his breath for over 6 minutes.
