QUESTION

Can I Learn Freediving Even If I Can’t Equalise Well?

Yes, you can. Struggling to equalise at the start is very common, and we work through it step by step in a calm, supportive way. Most people improve quickly once they understand what’s actually going on.

Why Equalisation Feels Tricky at First

Equalising is a skill, not something you’re just naturally good or bad at. For a lot of beginners, it simply hasn’t been explained properly before.

We break it down in a really simple way so you can feel what’s happening in your body, rather than guessing. There’s no rushing, no pressure to go deeper. We focus on little, comfortable progress so you can build confidence and stay relaxed.

Once things start to click, it usually feels much easier than people expected. And if something doesn’t feel right, we adjust. You’re always in safe hands.
