QUESTION

How long does it take to get comfortable underwater?

Most people start feeling more comfortable within their first session, and it builds quickly from there. For some, it clicks straight away, while others take a bit more time, which is completely normal.

Why Comfort Comes Quicker Than You Think

A lot of people arrive a little unsure about being underwater, especially if they have not done much breath-hold or diving before. What we see almost every day is that once you slow things down, learn how to breathe properly, and understand what your body is doing, that discomfort fades pretty fast.

We keep things relaxed, no pressure, no rush. You are not thrown in and told to perform. You are guided step by step, and we spend time building that calm feeling in the water. Most students are surprised at how quickly they go from tense to completely at ease, and often have a lot of fun with it.
