What You’ll Actually Do in a Try Session
This isn’t about pushing limits or going deep. It’s about getting comfortable in the water and learning a few simple skills that make everything feel easier.
We’ll guide you through breathing techniques, how to relax your body, and how to move underwater without effort. Most of the session is about building confidence, not performance. There’s plenty of time to take things at your own pace, have a laugh, and just enjoy being in the water.
It’s perfect if you’ve only ever snorkelled, feel a bit unsure about diving down, or just want to see what freediving is all about before committing to a full course.
