6 Days of breath work, daily yoga, ice baths, and of course nonstop freediving training!

Amed, is undoubtably one of the best freediving locations in the world with calm waters, up to 30meters of visibility and 50 meters of depth just off the shore! Oh and did we mention the water is 29 degrees?!

This trip is for absolute beginners though to instructor level. The trip is for people wanting to complete their Wave/Level 1 & 2 or Wave/Level 3 course or just join us for training.
For anyone wanting to become an Instructor the 10 day course starts right after the trip!
